Privacy notice

We minimize what reaches our servers, keep individual questionnaire answers on your device and make server-hosted result sharing optional.

Data kept on your device

Questionnaire answers, in-progress state and locally calculated results use browser session or local storage according to your persistence choice. Session data ends with the browser session; persistent data remains until you delete it or clear browser storage.

Optional private result links

A private link is created only when you request it. We then process questionnaire identity and version, locale, completion time and derived overall and dimension scores. Individual answers, your name and your email are not included. Anyone who receives the unguessable link can view those derived scores.

Retention and deletion

Private result links expire after 180 days. The creating browser keeps a separate management token so you can revoke a link earlier. Use the result page to revoke that link, or the Delete your data page to clear local questionnaire data. Expired server records are scrubbed by scheduled retention cleanup.

Contact messages

Contact submission is not currently enabled, so NuraCheck does not accept or store contact messages. A monitored support channel, its retention period and its privacy terms must be published before this changes.

Service providers and security

NuraCheck uses Vercel for application hosting and Supabase PostgreSQL for stored derived results. Private-result pages are noindex, no-store and no-referrer and do not load third-party analytics. Infrastructure providers may process limited technical request data needed to operate and secure the service.

Your choices and rights

Optional sharing is processed because you request that service. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal data. Contact submission is not available yet, so NuraCheck must establish and publish a monitored rights-request channel before launch. Do not include questionnaire answers in a privacy request.

Important boundary

NuraCheck supports structured self-reflection. It does not diagnose, rule out, validate or recommend treatment for any condition.
