About NuraCheck

NuraCheck is a privacy-first educational product for adults who want clearer language for everyday patterns.

Our approach

We publish established questionnaires that are public domain or free to reproduce, use their published scoring, cite the evidence and explain the limits in plain language. Accounts are optional.

Operator and contact

NuraCheck is operated by Guilherme Passero, an individual established in the Netherlands. It is a service name, not a clinical practice or registered trade name. Email product, privacy or accessibility questions to contact@nuracheck.com without including questionnaire answers or detailed medical information.

Independence and funding

NuraCheck has no advertising, paid placements or referral fees. It does not rank professionals or receive payment for care routes. Any material relationship that could affect the service will be disclosed here.

Questionnaires and licences

Each questionnaire introduction gives its source, scoring, licence or permission, language provenance and evidence limits. NuraCheck explanations remain separate from source wording.

Language review

The German, Latin American Spanish, French and Brazilian Portuguese interface and NuraCheck-authored supporting text received an internal editorial consistency review on 17 July 2026. Dutch high-visibility navigation, privacy, safety, non-diagnostic limits and selected questionnaire wording received an internal machine-assisted editorial review on 18 July 2026. Source-provided questionnaire wording remains unchanged, and its regional evidence is identified for each instrument. The Dutch review does not cover every phrase, and neither review is independent clinical, native-speaker, linguistic or psychometric validation.
