NuraCheck has no advertising, behavioural-analytics, session-replay or tracking cookies. Optional accounts use strictly necessary secure session cookies.

Device storage

Session or local storage holds questionnaire data according to your choice. The nura-locale cookie keeps your language for one year. Signed-in users receive HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax access and rotating refresh cookies used only for authentication and cleared at sign-out. Questionnaire pages load no optional third-party scripts; external links have their own privacy practices.

Interface preferences

Your theme is stored locally in this browser. The language cookie changes when you select a language. NuraCheck does not use these preferences to build a profile.

Support service area

NuraCheck does not detect your location. A country or service area you choose in Support may stay in this browser for the current session so the page can show the same crisis contact. It is not an answer, score or account record.
