How it works

Choose a questionnaire, answer privately and decide what to do with your result.

1. Choose

   Use Help me choose or browse all questionnaires. Pick the one closest to what you want to explore; you do not need to take several.

2. Set your privacy choice

   Confirm you are 18 or older, then choose session-only or saved-on-device progress. No account is required.

3. Answer at your pace

   Answer one question per screen. Use Previous to edit, Pause to return later or Exit to delete your progress.

4. Review and complete

   Review or edit your answers, then see your result. Scoring happens on your device. Safety-related answers show support before the score.

5. Use or delete the result

   Review the score and its limits, add private context, prepare a conversation or find care. Revisit or delete saved results in My activity.

6. Optional account save

   The disabled-by-default Brazil account pilot is separate. Only an email-verified account holder who self-attests that they are 18 or older and live in Brazil, has active cloud health-data consent, completes a questionnaire and presses Save this result to my account can upload that individual record. In-progress answers never sync and sign-in never triggers an upload.
